Please join Francesco in this private class held in the beautiful FeedFeed demonstration kitchen to learn how to roll pasta al mattarello. In this demonstration session, your party will see learn how to:

• make fresh egg pasta dough by hand (no machine!)

• roll pasta ‘al mattarello’ Tortellini, Tagliatelle, Maltagliati

• Make cut pasta

• How to cook pasta
  

Each purchase includes all pasta-making ingredients including a ball of pasta dough and pasta filling.

Purchase also includes a 4-course dinner at Rossoblu which is served after the class.

To keep the class more intimate, there is a maximum of 10 attendees.
